Sip! 2011, McMinnville, Oregon’s Wine and Food Classic, descends on the Evergreen Space Museum on March 11 for a three-day run.  This will be the 18th annual year for the classic and features wine tasting from some of Oregon’s premier wineries, amazing cuisine, guest chef demonstrations, live music and arts and crafts.

Among the scores of wineries participating will be Stoller Vineyards, Troon Vineyards, Zenas Wines and Kramer Vineyards.  Artists skilled in jewelry making, pottery, photography and water color painting will greet visitors and present their work.  Fine food purveyors including The Brigittine Monks, Evergreen’s Cosmo Cafe and Willamette Valley Cheese will be on hand to share their offerings.
